When not to be nice...
* Don't do other's people work.
You are not being nice, you are being taken advantaged of!
* Don't be a 'yes girl'.
You don't have to agree with everybody on everything
because people will end up not respecting you.
* Keeping quiet when others take credit of your work.
Speak up and get credit of your work
because working hard silently while others get credit for your work
won't get you anywhere in the work place!
* Learn to negotiate
if you feel that you are given more work or responsibilities than your peers.
Speak to your boss about it
because keeping silent while you drown in your work is not doing anyone any favours!
MY MIND, MY HEART, MY BODY, MY SOUL
MY MIND, MY HEART, MY BODY, MY SOUL
MY MIND, MY HEART, MY BODY, MY SOUL
"Respects the lady who empties your bin and your boss will respect you"
MIND HEART BODY SOUL
I'm not talking about fake nice either,
because people can tell when a person is being genuine or not.
Neither I'm telling you to become pushovers
but try adopting the attitude of being strategically nice ...
MY HEART, MY HEART, MY HEART, MY HEART, MY HEART
MY MIND, MY HEART, MY BODY, MY SOUL
MIND HEART BODY SOUL
